Suite –
Our newest unit was formerly the owner’s
apartment. This two-room guest suite has a separate living
room/library with cathedral ceiling and full size sofa bed,
sleeping area with queen size bed, dining area, full kitchen,
private bath, custom cabinetry throughout, private entrance,
washer/dryer, TV with DVD player, coffee/tea maker, and air
conditioning throughout.

Garden
View Suite
- This is a two-room guest suite with one bedroom with queen-sized
bed, private bath, two separate entrances, French doors open
onto large private wrap around deck. The suite sleeps 1-4
with an upstairs bedroom, a downstairs living room with a
pullout sofa, dining table, cube refrigerator, TV/DVD, coffee/tea,
and air conditioning throughout.

East
Guest Room - East Guest Room - These guest quarters consist
of a large bedroom with comfortable sitting area, exposed beams,
1 queen size bed, 1 window seat converts to a twin bed, sleeps 1-3,
private bath, air conditioning, TV, coffee maker and cube refrigerator.

General
Information - Each of our non-smoking rooms offers maximum
privacy since they are located on each end of the building, overlooking
our gardens. The rooms were recently renovated with customized carpentry,
combining old world character with modern conveniences. Telephone
service and wireless computer access is available.
A two-night minimum stay is generally required. Rates are quoted
for 1-2 people sharing one bed and start as low as $75 per night
off season. Additional people and/or beds are $20.00 per person.
Cash/Checks/MasterCard/Visa accepted.
Gift Certificates are available.
Our Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- Rates are subject to change without notice and guaranteed
with a paid deposit.
- Check-In time is after 3:00pm and check-out time by 11:00am.
- 9.7% Room tax is not included in rate.
- A minimum 2-night stay is generally required. If rooms are
available within 24 hours, the minimum stay may be waived.
- Holiday periods may require 3-night minimum stays.
- Our reservation and cancellation policies apply to all reservations
with flexibility during November - May.
- Guest rooms and the building are all non-smoking.
- A 100% deposit is required in season.
- A 50% deposit is otherwise required with the balance due at
least 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made prior to 30 days before reservation will
receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations
made 14-29 days prior to arrival or for a shortened stay will
receive a credit for the amount of your deposit, which you may
apply to a future stay. Any reservation cancelled inside of
14 days from arrival will receive a credit for a future stay
only if your room is re-booked at the time of cancellation.
